Ramp Week at Wedgewood—blink and you might miss it.

Wild ramps, foraged each spring in the Appalachian region, bring a sharp, green, garlicky energy that only lasts a few weeks, and we build around them while we can.

From April 8–11, Wedgewood will lean all the way in: part menu takeover, part dinner series, part excuse to put ramps in just about everything—folded into butter, blended into pesto, worked into chimichurri and beurre blanc, layered through dishes, and showing up in ways that are subtle, punchy, and occasionally a little over the top.

Whether you’re coming in for lunch, joining us for a ticketed dinner, or bringing ramps from our kitchen to yours, this is the window.
