$45 prix fixe per person · à la carte options available
No special occasion required.
Just Wednesday, Thursday, a glass of wine, and hot cheese straight from the broiler.
Two nights a week,
Wedgewood does raclette
Every Wednesday + Thursday, 5–9pm
There are few better cold-weather rituals than raclette: a half wheel of cheese heated under the broiler until bubbling, then scraped hot onto the plate.
Simple. Excessive. Perfect.
Starting September 30, we’re making it a Wedgewood tradition. Every Wednesday and Thursday night, Raclette Days bring melted-to-order cheese, wine, and the kind of dinner that makes a midweek night feel worth leaving the house for.

Our Raclette Days prix fixe includes a raclette plate, mixed greens salad, and a glass of wine from our wine list. $45 per person

Raclette Days FAQ
Do I need a reservation?
Reservations are encouraged, especially during peak dinner hours, but walk-ins are always welcome whenever we have room.
When are Raclette Days?
Every Wednesday + Thursday from 5–9pm, beginning September 30.
What comes with the $45 prix fixe?
A raclette plate, mixed greens salad with champagne vinaigrette, and your choice of any glass from our wine list.
What comes on the raclette plate?
Hot raclette, melted under the broiler and scraped to order, served with baguette, charcuterie, potatoes, pickles and mustard.
Is the prix fixe required?
No. The prix fixe is the full Raclette Days experience, but à la carte raclette and our full dinner and beverage menus are also available.
Can I order more raclette?
Absolutely. Additional raclette will be available à la carte.
Can we share one?
The Raclette Days prix fixe is priced per person and is designed as an individual dinner. If you’d prefer to share, raclette and other menu items are available à la carte.
Is there a vegetarian option?
Yes. We can leave off the charcuterie and serve the raclette with the rest of its usual accompaniments.
What wine is included?
Your choice of any glass from our wine list. Pick whatever you’re in the mood for — sparkling, white, rosé, red, or something a little unexpected.
Can I order a different wine or a bottle instead?
Absolutely. Our full wine list is available throughout Raclette Days, including bottles if you’re settling in for the evening. Thursdays will continue to be half off all wine bottles on our list.
What exactly is raclette?
Raclette is both a cheese and a tradition. The cut face of the wheel is heated until bubbling and molten, then scraped directly onto the plate and eaten immediately with simple accompaniments like potatoes, bread, charcuterie and pickles.
Is the cheese melted ahead of time?
No. That’s the fun part. We melt each serving under a traditional raclette broiler and scrape it to order.
Is Raclette Days a limited-time thing?
It’s part of our fall MELT season and will run on Wednesdays and Thursdays through the season. We’ll share any schedule changes as we get closer to the holidays.
Can kids order raclette?
Absolutely. Raclette is wonderfully straightforward food: warm cheese, bread, potatoes and whatever accompaniments they’re into. À la carte ordering makes it easy to keep things simple.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
We can accommodate some modifications, but because raclette is naturally dairy-forward and the accompaniments may vary, please let us know about allergies or dietary needs when you arrive so we can tell you what’s possible that evening.
